Las Brisas I & II Apartments

Our cozy two-bedroom air-conditioned apartments combine typical Menorcan architecture with all the comforts you need for a wonderful vacation.

To guarantee your maximum comfort, these apartments have been designed with integrated air conditioning to ensure a cool and pleasant climate throughout your stay.

In the living-dining room you will find a well-equipped integrated kitchen with toaster, kettle, microwave, Italian coffee maker and blender, as well as a 2-ring ceramic hob and a tall fridge with separate freezer. The living room has a sofa bed that converts into a double bed, offering flexible options for groups or families. You also have the possibility of requesting an extra folding bed, which easily fits in one of the spacious bedrooms, adapting to your preferences. The living-dining room is also equipped with a 32-inch TV with satellite connection.

The apartment has two bedrooms. One of them has a 1.60m double bed, while the other offers two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with remote-controlled ceiling fans, so you can adjust the temperature to your liking.

The bathroom is fully renovated with a shower, providing a pleasant and functional space. Some have windows, allowing good ventilation and lighting.

Each apartment has a spacious outdoor area with a dining area, surrounded by a fresh garden full of flowers, lawns and palm trees, creating a perfect place to relax and enjoy the mediterranean breeze.
