Las Brisas Apartments

Services included in the price:

  • FREE WI-FI in all apartments and common areas
  • Expenses arising from the use of the property: electricity and water.
  • Linens and towels for the number of people confirmed.
  • Apartment clean and assembled on arrival.
  • Weekly change of linen and cleaning (every 7 days)
  • Change of towels and cleaning twice a week (every three / four days).
  • Maintenance service.
  • Reception service.
  • Basic cleaning products (scourer, cloth, soap for dishes), they are not replaced during the stay.
  • 1 bar of soap per person in the bathroom
  • VAT

Services not included in the price:

  • Products of first necessity and consumables such as salt, pepper, oil, shampoo, gel.
  • Baby bed: 20€/week and 30€/14 nights. The specific price is always informed when making the reservation. Of course we put all specific linen for the baby bed and a big towel for the baby.
  • High Chair: 50% less than baby bed.
  • TOURISTIC TAX which is 2,20€ vat included per night and adult from 16 years old. (50% discount from the 9th night)
  • Supplement special request: All requests as top or ground floor, specific bloc or apartment, pool or sea view, early check-in, late check-out, etc. are always subject to availability, and have a cost € 40 per apartment, which must be paid directly at reception. 

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of FORCE MAJEURE caused by the Covid19 situation, the reservation may be cancelled at any time, and the total amount paid will be refunded.

  • If you cancel or modify your reservation with 7 days or more, prior to arrival date, will be refunded the full amount of the deposit, less 30€ as administrative expenses.
  • If you cancel within 7 days prior to arrival, will be charged the full amount of the deposit.
  • In case of early departure will be charged the entire stay agreed.

Clarifications:

  • Toilet paper: 2 rolls will be placed at the entrance and 1 roll will be replaced in each cleaning, normally it is necessary to buy.
  • Garbage bags: One will be put in the kitchen and another in the bathroom at the entrance and will be replaced in each cleaning.
  • Hair dryer: Not all the apartments have one, but you can request it in the office. It’s free rental service, we only ask for € 10 deposit that you’ll get back when returning the hair dryer.
  • ​The check-out time of the apartments is at 11.00 am maximum. If you wish to stay in your apartment after 11.00 am, you must request it at reception, and always depending on availability, we can extend your stay with an additional cost.
  • Arrivals when the Office is closed: Don’t worry, you can Access into your apartment even if the reception is closed. We have a protocol that we prefer not to publish in our web, we’ll explain you as soon as you confirm your reservation.  You can also use the mobile phone we have, just for emergencies.
    It is very important for us that you tell us your ARRIVAL time to Las Brisas, so we can try to have your apartment ready for you. 

Servicios en nuestra oficina:

  • Transfers:Podemos reservarle un servicio de traslado del aeropuerto a los apartamentos y viceversa. Deberá abonarse en efectivo en recepción. Precio 2018 15€ persona y trayecto. Para reservarlo desde su lugar de origen solo tienen que decírnoslo y le mandaremos por mail el formulario de solicitud y si ya está aquí solo tienen que venir a la oficina.
  • Alquiler de caja fuerte:Precio 2€/día +6 € depósito que se devuelve junto a la llave.
  • Alquiler coches, motos, toallas playa, fotocopias, impresora, información turística, ayuda en general, reservas de excursiones varias, alquiler de varios productos.Contratación de servicios extras de limpieza, libros de lectura y mucho más.
